Our next Business Development & Customer Manager will be someone who thrives on getting out there and looking for opportunities where others might not. You’ll be someone who considers a role in sales a lifestyle rather than a job. You will understand that we aim to work with the best operators that align with our brand and ethos.
The role of sales at Underground Coffee is more than just selling, we are looking for a clever, commercially minded person who will help our customers succeed by providing expert advice and support helping them build a successful business.
To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be highly motivated with the ability to prioritise and handle moving targets.
A traditional Sales capability and mindset will be an advantage in this role, as well as having a passion for coffee, coffee culture and the hospitality industry.
This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours per week. Days of work are Monday to Friday. A full, clean driving licence is a requirement, as well as the ability to travel regionally when required.
