Our role is not only to supply you with great coffee but also to train, support and monitor you and your baristas, insuring your team not only embraces the craft of espresso but strives for excellence, thus ensuring your success.

Underground Coffee Company can have you shaped up in no time with a two hour comprehensive barista training session. Learn the importance of crafting the perfect grind, tamp and coffee extraction, as well as milk texturing & pouring techniques and machine maintenance.
The Underground team have a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of coffee and provide a fun and friendly learning environment. Classes cost $150 per person and are held in our training facilities at the Underground Head Quarters on 25 Carlyle St Christchurch. Run by appointment, class times are flexible.
