At Underground Coffee we recommend you own your own Espresso Machine. We provide a rent to own option to prevent that initial usually large capital layout required when starting up a new business or taking over an existing one.
- Owning your own machine has you be in control of your coffee business.
- You have the option to change your coffee supplier if you are at anytime unhappy with the service of product you are receiving. It is much harder to change if you have all your equipment on loan from a coffee company.
- With a new machine you can rest assured it will run effectively and efficiently, not always the case with loan machines that have not been maintained well.
- Owner operated machines tend to be looked after, cleaned and maintained by espresso team much better than if they were working on a loan machine, ultimately guarantying a quality product.

- You may wish to upgrade your machine, or down size depending on your turnover and coffee volumes.
- There are no huge upfront costs to purchase machine.
- You could be the proud owner of a brand spanking new machine in as little as 12-48 months.
- Tax advantages – The entire rental payment is fully tax deductible provided the contract complies with the Income Tax Act. (Always discuss tax implications with your tax advisor.)
- Simpler budgeting – Regular monthly payments are spread over an agreed fixed term allowing easier budgeting, and easy cash flow projects.
